- As the first Founder’s Associate, you will serve as the primary operational partner to our CEO. This is a "greenfield" role designed for a resourceful builder who can bridge the gap between high-level investment vision and the meticulous daily execution required to run a growing fund. You will own the ground operations in Singapore, ensuring the CEO’s office runs with absolute precision and efficiency.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Drive On-the-Ground Operations:** Take full ownership of our Singapore headquarters. This includes managing office build-outs, resolving vendor defects, and curating a unique "biotech museum" concept involving the display of medical devices and medications.
- **Ensure Financial and Administrative Rigor:** Manage personal and fund-related financial logistics with a zero-error standard. You will audit statements, coordinate with banks, and prepare payment drafts, ensuring the founder’s financial operations are seamless.
- **Executive Coordination & Communication:** Act as the "ultimate coordinator" for the CEO. This involves managing complex calendars, handling high-stakes LinkedIn outreach, and maintaining a rapid responsiveness rhythm to ensure information flows without friction.
- **Bridge Digital and Physical Execution:** Seamlessly switch between high-level tasks (like using AI tools to automate workflows) and essential physical errands (such as property visits, document handling, and equipment setup).
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements:**
- **Exceptional Ownership Mentality:** A proven track record of identifying operational gaps and fixing them without being asked. You take accountability for outcomes, not just tasks.
- **Bilingual Proficiency (English and Mandarin):** Professional fluency in both languages is required. You will need English to navigate Singapore’s legal, banking, and vendor environment, and Business Mandarin for seamless internal communication and strategic coordination with the Founder.
- **Operational Meticulousness:** Highly organized with an eye for detail, particularly in financial administration and documentation where precision is non-negotiable.
- **Availability and Responsiveness:** Ability to maintain a fast communication rhythm and provide a physical presence at our Biopolis office daily to handle on-site logistics.
