- **Role Overview**:
- As our first Talent Consultant dedicated to candidate delivery, you will be the human bridge between our AI technology and the top-tier talent we represent. You will own the delivery side of our mandates, taking candidates from initial outreach to the final close. This is a high-leverage role where you step away from administrative grind to focus on the high-stakes work of selling opportunities, managing expectations, and negotiating placements.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Drive AI-Assisted Outbound Sourcing**: Proactively identify and engage passive talent using LinkedIn and other platforms, using our AI-tools to scale your outreach while maintaining a personalized touch.
- **Own the Full Candidate Lifecycle**: Take complete ownership of the candidate journey once they enter the process—managing interview stages, handling objections, and providing a superior candidate experience.
- **Master the Close**: Act as a trusted advisor to candidates, navigating complex negotiations and managing expectations to drive successful placements for Persevio's clients.
- **Shape the AI-Human Handoff**: Collaborate directly with the leadership team to refine our internal workflows, troubleshooting friction points in our AI tools and helping build the "playbook" for an AI-augmented recruitment function.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements**:
- Demonstrated experience in proactive outbound sourcing, with a proven ability to identify and engage passive talent beyond job board applications.
- Proven track record of managing candidates through the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial engagement to final negotiation and successful closure.
- Professional fluency in English to effectively communicate within the team and with external partners.
- A "builder" mindset—comfortable with ambiguity, thriving in a startup environment without a pre-defined playbook, and genuinely curious about experimenting with AI tools.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements**:
- Prior experience in agency recruitment, with a strong understanding of pace and delivery intensity.
- Proficiency in Business Mandarin is highly desired to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and engage with candidates who prefer communicating in Mandarin.
- Experience working in a tech-startup or early-stage environment.
