- **Role Overview**:
- We are seeking a Performance Management Specialist to serve as the foundational architect of our performance excellence system. Reporting to the Organizational Development (OD) Manager, you will lead the redesign and global rollout of our enterprise-grade OKR framework. This is a high-impact role where you will act as the "connective tissue" between our global talent architecture and reward systems, ensuring our people are empowered to deliver results during a period of rapid international expansion.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Architect the New OKR Framework**: Redesign and implement a scalable, enterprise-wide OKR system, ensuring strategic goals cascade effectively from leadership to individual contributors across seven global regions.
- **Lead Performance Excellence Cycles**: Manage end-to-end performance review cycles, including the definition of role-based metrics, rating frameworks, and calibration sessions to ensure fairness and consistency worldwide.
- **Enhance Manager Capability**: Act as a lead facilitator and coach, equipping managers across different cultural contexts with the skills to deliver high-quality feedback, manage performance improvement plans, and conduct high-stakes performance conversations.
- **Drive Performance Intelligence**: Develop executive-ready talent analytics—leveraging data to identify high-potential talent, analyze performance-tenure correlations, and provide insights that inform succession planning and total rewards.
- **Link Performance to Rewards**: Partner closely with the Compensation & Benefits team to establish a transparent line of sight between OKR achievements, performance ratings, and meaningful rewards.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements**:
- Demonstrated experience in Human Resources, with a strong specialization in end-to-end performance management and goal-setting frameworks.
- Proven track record of successfully designing and rolling out an OKR framework within a fast-paced or scaling organization.
- Proficiency in Business Mandarin (Presentation-grade) is required to effectively present performance frameworks and strategic insights to our Mandarin-speaking global leadership team.
- Excellent English communication skills for global stakeholder management and virtual facilitation.
- A "builder-facilitator" mindset, with the ability to create structured systems while personally coaching managers through organizational change.
- Must possess the legal right to work in Malaysia; please note that no visa sponsorship is available for this role.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements**:
- Experience working in a multi-regional or global capacity, navigating varying levels of management maturity across different geographies.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to build automated performance dashboards.
- Professional certifications such as OKR Coach, SHRM-CP, or equivalent performance management specializations.
