- **Role Overview**:
- We are seeking a technical CRM specialist to transform our mobile-native channels (App Push and In-app) from operational to high-performance. Reporting to the global Lifecycle team, you will have full ownership of the mobile engagement layer within an established Braze infrastructure, driving retention and conversion for a high-volume global user base.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Optimize Mobile Lifecycle**: Lead the end-to-end execution for App Push and In-app messaging, ensuring all mobile journeys are optimized for conversion and user retention.
- **Master Journey Automation**: Build and refine complex, behavioral-triggered journeys in Braze, managing technical segmentation and real-time event triggers independently.
- **Technical Campaign Management**: Oversee deep-linking, rich push architecture, and behavioral sequencing to create a seamless and frictionless mobile experience.
- **Data-Driven Experimentation**: Conduct rigorous A/B testing on copy, creative, and timing; using performance data to identify and fix funnel friction points.
- **Global Multi-Channel Coordination**: Synchronize messaging across mobile-native and chat-based channels (WhatsApp, LINE) to maintain a coherent user experience globally.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements**:
- **Primary Language Proficiency (English)**: Exceptional written and verbal English is required. As this is a global role, you must be capable of conducting technical discussions and strategy alignment entirely in English.
- **CRM & Platform Expertise**: Demonstrated experience independently managing a Customer Engagement Platform (CEP) such as Braze, CleverTap, or MoEngage to build complex, multi-stage journeys.
- **Industry Background**: Proven track record in high-volume consumer app environments, specifically in Fintech, E-commerce, or Gaming.
- **China-Based Contractor Status**: Must be physically based in China and comfortable with a remote contractor arrangement paid via USDT.
- **Mandarin Proficiency**: Proficiency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with stakeholders in the China market.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements**:
- Deep technical proficiency specifically in Braze.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API and LINE Push channels.
- Experience in a high-growth, remote-first environment.
