- **Role Overview**:
- We are looking for a strategic and resilient HR Business Partner to lead the people agenda for our Global Marketing, Global Strategy, and HR divisions. Based in our Singapore HQ, you will act as a critical bridge to our regional hubs, particularly our Malaysia operations. This is a high-impact role where you will move beyond coordination to become a trusted advisor, turning workforce frameworks into operational excellence.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Strategic Business Partnership:** Act as the primary HR partner for Global Marketing and Strategy leaders, providing guidance on organizational design, talent management, and strategic initiatives.
- **Performance & OKR Management:** Drive a high-performance culture by coaching managers on our results-oriented OKR-Performance-Reward system to ensure measurable business impact.
- **Cross-Border Collaboration:** Effectively influence and partner with stakeholders primarily centralized in our Malaysia Hub, mastering the art of "remote partnership" to maintain a pulse on regional teams.
- **Workforce Planning & Execution:** Successfully implement and iterate on workforce plans to meet the company’s 2026 scaling targets, ensuring we have the right talent in the right places.
- **Employee Relations & Problem Solving:** Serve as the primary point of contact for complex HR cases, providing expert coaching to managers on people-related matters and conflict resolution.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements:**
- Demonstrated progressive experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within a fast-paced fintech, startup, or regional technology environment.
- Proven experience managing diverse stakeholders across multiple business units and geographies.
- Proficiency in Business Mandarin is required to effectively partner with and influence stakeholders across our North Asia and regional hubs.
- Strong hands-on experience in workforce planning, performance management frameworks, and navigating complex employee relations.
- Deep interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with leadership teams remotely.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements:**
- Familiarity with Malaysia labor law and regional HR practices.
- Experience in a high-growth environment scaling organizational capability.
