- **Role Overview**:
- We are looking for a meticulous Data Operations Specialist to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. This role serves as the critical engine for our lead management process, ensuring that high-volume data from major paid media channels is accurately processed and synchronized across our core systems. You will be the primary guardian of data hygiene, turning complex lead flows into organized, high-quality data that powers our regional marketing efforts.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Maintain High-Volume Data Integrity:** Accurately validate, clean, and synchronize lead data generated from channels like Google, Meta, and LinkedIn into our CRM and reporting systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Lark Base, and Power BI).
- **Ensure System Synchronization:** Act as the bridge between paid media leads and internal CRM systems, ensuring data remains consistent and error-free across multiple platforms.
- **Build the Operational Playbook:** Translate informal "ways of working" into formal, documented SOPs for the Promotions data desk to ensure business continuity and scalability.
- **Stakeholder Communication:** Maintain regular communication with regional stakeholders to ensure operational alignment and data accuracy.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements**:
- Demonstrated experience in a strictly operational or data-heavy role where high attention to detail and routine data management were central to success.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, with the ability to manage and format large datasets accurately.
- Hands-on experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- **Language Proficiency:** Conversational proficiency in Mandarin is required to effectively communicate and collaborate with regional stakeholders and partners in Mandarin-speaking markets.
- Proven ability to spot data anomalies, duplicates, and formatting errors before they impact downstream systems.
- A "builder" mindset with the discipline to maintain 100% accuracy in repetitive tasks while simultaneously documenting processes.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements**:
- Prior experience in marketing, sales operations, or high-volume lead management.
- Experience documenting workflows or creating SOPs from scratch.
- Familiarity with the structure of lead data from paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
