- **Role Overview**:
- We are seeking Thai-speaking Customer Service & Operations (CS&OP) Specialists to be foundational members of our new Thailand-market support function in Kuala Lumpur. This is more than a service role; you will help establish and scale a critical regional hub, ensuring our Thai clients receive world-class technical support and account management. This role is ideal for proactive problem-solvers who thrive in fast-paced, multi-channel environments.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Deliver Multi-Channel Client Support:** Provide responsive and professional assistance to Thai-speaking clients across digital platforms including Facebook, Telegram, and Live Chat, ensuring high customer satisfaction (CSAT).
- **Master Technical Troubleshooting:** Quickly develop deep expertise in CFD/FX trading mechanics and our proprietary trading platforms to resolve complex technical queries and trading-related issues.
- **Coordinate Regional Operations:** Act as the primary bridge between Thai clients and our KL-based technical, compliance, and sales teams, facilitating internal communication in English to resolve tickets effectively.
- **Manage Account & KYC Processes:** Oversee documentation verification and account processing procedures, ensuring all operations align with departmental SLAs and compliance standards.
- **Drive Functional Excellence:** Contribute to the "Phase 1" establishment of the Thai support layer in Malaysia, operationalizing local processes and maintaining seamless service quality.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements**:
- **Language Proficiency:** Native-level Thai proficiency is required to effectively support our Thailand-based clients. Functional English proficiency is essential for internal coordination and documentation within our Kuala Lumpur hub.
- **Professional Experience:** A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in customer service, operations, or a similar corporate environment is required to manage the complexities of this role.
- **Technical Adaptability:** Demonstrated ability to learn complex technical products and systems quickly.
- **Operational Flexibility:** Willingness to work in a fully onsite capacity in Kuala Lumpur, following fixed shift arrangements (covering Thai market hours).
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements**:
- Prior experience in the CFD, Forex, or broader trading industry is highly advantageous.
- Experience managing high-volume client queries via social messaging apps (Facebook, Telegram).
- Familiarity with Fintech environments, KYC processes, or financial service regulations.
