- **Role Overview**:
- We are looking for high-energy Business Development Executives to anchor our Thai market operations from our regional hub in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will own the full revenue lifecycle—from aggressive outbound acquisition of retail traders to the strategic management of high-value Introducing Broker (IB) networks—driving market share in one of the most sophisticated trading landscapes in Asia.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Drive Market Acquisition:** Proactively identify and acquire new retail traders through outbound prospecting and digital outreach, effectively positioning VT Markets’ value proposition against competitors.
- **Scale Partnership Networks:** Recruit, onboard, and manage a portfolio of Introducing Brokers (IBs), building long-term referral loops to ensure sustainable volume growth.
- **Maximize Portfolio Value:** Proactively manage and scale an assigned book of clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and increasing trading activity through exceptional relationship management.
- **Execute Remote-Local Strategy:** Build high-level trust and close significant deposit volumes via phone and digital channels, overcoming the distance factor to provide local-quality service to the Thai market.
- **Collaborate for Success:** Work closely with the Customer Service and Operations teams to ensure a seamless transition from acquisition to account management.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements:**
- **Language Proficiency:** Native-level proficiency in Thai is required to effectively engage and build trust with retail traders and partners in the Thai market. Working proficiency in English is required for internal reporting and systems.
- **Industry Expertise:** Demonstrated experience within the CFD/FX brokerage industry is essential. You must possess a strong understanding of trading platforms, spreads, and FX market dynamics.
- **Sales Drive:** A proven track record in driving deposit growth and achieving performance-based targets in a fast-paced environment.
- **Communication Skills:** Exceptional rapport-building skills with the ability to influence and close deals remotely.
- **Location:** Ability to work fully onsite at our Kuala Lumpur office (Relocation and Employment Pass sponsorship provided for eligible candidates).
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements:**
- An existing network of Introducing Brokers (IBs) within the Thai market.
- Prior experience working with major global CFD/FX competitors.
- A background in both direct B2C sales and partner (IB) management.
