- **Role Overview**:
- We are establishing a centralized high-performance hub in Kuala Lumpur to drive our strategic expansion into the Indian market. We are seeking "hunter" profiles for both Team Leader and Senior Business Development Executive roles.
- These roles are critical to establishing our commercial footprint in a greenfield territory. Working in a specialized "pod" structure, you will be responsible for building trust, establishing market credibility, and driving high-volume net deposits through proactive outbound outreach and network development.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Strategic Market Penetration:** Drive the end-to-end sales lifecycle, from identifying and prospecting high-net-worth (HNI) individuals and Introducing Brokers (IBs) to successful onboarding and relationship management.
- **Revenue Generation:** Deliver consistent, high-volume monthly net deposits. You will be expected to leverage your industry expertise and professional network to build a robust pipeline from scratch.
- **Stakeholder Management:** Position VT Markets as a premier global brokerage by effectively communicating our value proposition and navigating complex regulatory and market-specific queries with professionalism and deep product knowledge.
- **Team Leadership & Coaching (For Team Leaders):** In addition to maintaining a personal sales quota, you will be accountable for the performance of your "pod." This includes mentoring Senior BDEs, conducting pipeline reviews, and scaling the team as the market evolves.
- **Market Intelligence:** Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity within the Indian trading landscape to provide actionable feedback to senior leadership.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements:**
- Extensive experience within the CFD/Forex brokerage industry (Minimum 4 years for Senior BDE; 6+ years for Team Leader roles).
- Demonstrated track record in self-sourced client acquisition and building a book of business through outbound hunting.
- Deep understanding of financial market products, including Forex, commodities, and hedging strategies.
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets and manage the "Net Deposit" KPI.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Business English.
- For Team Leaders: Prior experience formally leading or managing a sales team within the brokerage sector.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements:**
- Deep familiarity with the Indian retail trading landscape and the specific regulatory context (including RBI and FEMA frameworks).
- An existing network of Introducing Brokers (IBs) or retail traders in the region.
- Proficiency in Hindi or other regional Indian languages is highly advantageous to effectively engage with and support our partners in the Indian market.
