- **Role Overview**:
- We are looking for an entrepreneurial and high-performing Business Development Manager to lead our expansion into the Brazilian market. Operating with high autonomy in a fully remote capacity, you will be the "local face" of VT Markets in Brazil. Your primary objective is to leverage your existing industry network to establish our presence, migrating and managing a robust portfolio of Introducing Brokers (IBs) and active clients to our platform.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Drive Market Expansion:** Act as the primary engine for growth in Brazil, identifying and securing high-value partnerships to capture market share.
- **Manage the IB Lifecycle:** Personally source, onboard, and manage a network of Introducing Brokers, providing the relationship infrastructure and support needed for them to thrive on the VT Markets platform.
- **Network Migration:** Successfully transition an existing portfolio of active clients and partners, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and immediate trading activity.
- **Deliver Measurable Impact:** Drive quantifiable outcomes focused on net deposits and trading volume, consistently meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly growth targets.
- **Strategic Relationship Management:** Build long-term trust within the local trading community, positioning VT Markets as the preferred broker through high-touch service and deep industry expertise.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements**:
- Professional experience in Business Development within the CFD/FX brokerage industry.
- Native or near-native proficiency in Portuguese to effectively engage the local market and partners.
- Currently based in Brazil with a deep understanding of the local trading landscape.
- A proven, portable network of active Introducing Brokers (IBs) and clients within the Brazilian market.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a remote environment, with a strong hunter mindset and a focus on results.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements**:
- Proficiency in English for internal communication with global teams.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools for pipeline and relationship management.
- Familiarity with MetaTrader 4 (MT4) and MetaTrader 5 (MT5) platforms.
