- **Role Overview**:
- We are seeking a Junior Content Writer to serve as the high-throughput production engine for VT Markets’ global marketing content. Based in our Kuala Lumpur office, you will be responsible for maintaining the "daily treadmill" of market analysis, trading insights, and editorial pieces that keep our retail trading audience informed and engaged. This is a discipline-heavy position requiring the production of high-volume content at speed, translating complex macroeconomic data into accessible narratives.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Maintain the Content Engine:** Consistently produce two Daily Market Analysis articles covering diverse asset classes like Forex, indices, and commodities.
- **Deliver Strategic Outlooks:** Research and write one Weekly Market Outlook and one Monthly Market Insights deep-dive to provide long-term value to our traders.
- **Support Marketing Campaigns:** Create weekly opinion pieces and draft supporting marketing copy for emails and landing pages to drive engagement.
- **Ensure Brand Alignment:** Collaborate with our Singapore-based Center of Excellence (CoE) to ensure all content adheres to global brand voice and regulatory compliance standards.
- **Technical Peer Review:** Assist in reviewing content within the pod to ensure accuracy, consistency, and a high editorial standard across all platforms.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements:**
- Demonstrated experience in high-volume professional writing or journalism, with a proven ability to hit daily deadlines and manage consistent throughput.
- Foundational baseline in financial markets (e.g., stocks, personal investing, or macroeconomics) to ensure content credibility.
- High proficiency in English is required for high-quality editorial output and global audience engagement.
- A results-oriented mindset—thriving in a fast-paced, "hustle-heavy" editorial environment.
- Ability to work five days per week onsite in our central Kuala Lumpur office to collaborate effectively with the regional team.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements:**
- Previous experience writing for a financial news portal, fintech, or brokerage environment.
- Understanding of SEO principles and how to optimize content for search visibility.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus to effectively coordinate and collaborate with our regional offices.
