- **Role Overview**:
- We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven System Integrator to combine various hardware and software components into a single, cohesive solution. The successful candidate will manage system integration activities from start to finish, including planning, designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining systems to ensure they function seamlessly and meet project objectives.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **System Analysis and Design**: Analyze customer requirements and design customized solutions that integrate multiple technologies.
- **Integration and Customization**: Assemble and configure hardware and software components to work together, including writing or modifying code for specific applications (e.g., emulators).
- **Development**: Develop desktop applications to display data retrieved from external subsystems, including implementing simple UI components and backend services for data retrieval.
- **Testing and Validation**: Conduct rigorous testing of integrated systems to ensure compliance with technical specifications and business requirements.
- **Compliance and Security**: Ensure systems comply with relevant regulations and cybersecurity standards to safeguard data and infrastructure.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and maintain technical documentation for systems, processes, and integration workflows to support knowledge transfer and future training.
- **Requirements**:
- **Core Requirements**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience may be considered.
- **Programming**: Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or Java. Familiarity with scripting and command-line tools (e.g., PowerShell) is an advantage.
- **Databases and SQL**: Strong understanding of databases and SQL for data management and querying.
- **Systems Integration**: Proven experience (or significant project work) in system integration, implementation, and troubleshooting.
- **Operating Systems**: Experience working with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.
- **Bonus Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Cloud and Networking**: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and networking fundamentals (e.g., TCP/IP).
- **APIs and Protocols**: Knowledge of API protocols and standards such as REST and SOAP.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical thinking with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
