- **Role Overview**:
- We are seeking a Senior Motion Graphics Designer to professionalize and scale our creative output in Kuala Lumpur. This is a role for a "Polished Craftsperson"—a high-performing individual contributor who can bridge the gap between pure execution and creative excellence.
- You will tackle the "High-Volume/High-Craft" challenge, managing a significant pipeline of brand, product, and social content while ensuring that quality always takes precedence. As we build our motion design function from the ground up, you will be a key player in setting the creative standard for the brand.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Deliver High-End Motion Craft:** Produce sophisticated motion assets for brand campaigns and social media, with a meticulous focus on timing, transitions, and visual storytelling.
- **Product Storytelling:** Translate complex trading platform features and user journeys into intuitive, engaging motion experiences, including UI animations and feature walkthroughs.
- **Develop Creative Systems:** Build and maintain reusable motion systems, templates, and style guides to drive consistency across the creative team and increase production efficiency.
- **Manage Creative Pipeline:** Successfully navigate a high volume of requests across various categories, maintaining a premium brand bar even under tight deadlines.
- **Drive Functional Excellence:** Operate with high autonomy to define and execute tasks. You will be expected to maintain exceptional standards and provide technical mentorship to junior peers as the team grows.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements**:
- Demonstrated experience in motion graphics design or creative production (typically 4–6 years), with a portfolio that reflects a high level of visual sophistication.
- Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite, with expert-level proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro, and strong skills in Photoshop and Illustrator.
- A "builder" mindset—highly self-sufficient with the ability to take full ownership of projects from brief to delivery without constant oversight.
- Proven experience in handling high-volume daily output while consistently meeting a premium quality bar.
- Excellent communication skills in English to collaborate with global stakeholders.
- Candidates must have the existing right to work in Malaysia as visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements**:
- Prior experience in Fintech, E-commerce, or a high-growth technology environment.
- Specific experience in digital product UI animation or app onboarding walkthroughs.
- Familiarity with Figma within a digital product design workflow.
