Job Description

- **Location**: Jakarta (Mega Kuningan)
- **Company Overview**:
- SeiBrands is a venture-backed, multi-brand consumer goods company in the health, wellness, and FMCG space. Founded in 2026 by industry veterans with backgrounds at Bain & Co., P&G, and major tech unicorns, we are building a portfolio of category-leading brands for the Indonesian market and beyond.
- **Role Overview**:
- This is not a corporate social media job. We're looking for someone who already creates content for fun — someone who geeks out over trending memes, and has strong opinions about what makes a video hit or flop. You will own our brands' social presence on TikTok and Instagram, and treat it like your own entertainment channel. Bonus points if you're into anime, design, or visual storytelling!

- **Key Responsibilities**:
- Own and manage official TikTok and Instagram accounts
- Ideate, script, film, and publish short-form video content
- Define content calendar and experiment with trends and formats
- Execute or coordinate with external designers on brand materials (e.g. websites, flyers, etc.)
- Collaborate with influencer marketing and e-commerce teams on content commerce
- **Requirements**:
- **Preferred Background**:
- Already creates content on TikTok or Instagram for fun (show us your account!)
- Strong visual taste and aesthetic sensibility — Education background in DKV (or anime, design, film, or illustration background) is a big Plus
- Proficient in filming, video editing (CapCut, Premiere, etc.), and visual design. Experience with GenAI tools (Higgsfield, Seedance, VEO, etc.) is a big Plus
- Comfortable being on camera (or directing others)
- **Suggested Remuneration (Indicative)**:
- Monthly base salary: 6 - 10 million IDR
- Performance bonus: 2-6 months
- Benefits: BPJS, statutory benefits
