- **Location**: Jakarta (Mega Kuningan Area)

**Role Overview**

This is a founder's-office role for a current university student who wants direct exposure to building a startup from the ground up. This is not a fixed-scope internship; it's a chance to sit close to the founder, see how a company gets built in real time, and pick up whatever needs doing. You will work across every function of the business — field BD, in-store activation, e-commerce operations, influencer outreach, and livestreaming operations — rotating based on what the business needs that week. Ideal for someone who wants breadth over depth at this stage of their career and isn't precious about job titles or task type.

This role could convert into a full-time return offer based on performance of internship.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Directly report to the founder of the company, and support the most pressing business needs and acitivities
- A breath of exposure is expected (e.g. field BD and partnership, in-store activation, e-commerce operations, influencer sourcing and outreach, livestreaming operations, campus marketing, etc.)
- Take on ad hoc projects directly from the founder as priorities shift

**Preferred Background**

- Currently enrolled in an S1 program at university, preferably penultimate year (any major — hustle and curiosity matters more!)
- Comfortable with ambiguity and switching between very different tasks in the same week
- Some exposure to social media, e-commerce, or startups (personal projects, side hustles, or previous internships all count)
- Proactive, resourceful, and not afraid of unglamorous field work
- Can commit to at least 3 months of internship, and available for regular in-person hours in Jakarta (e.g. 3 days/week minimum)

**Suggested Remuneration (Indicative)**

- Monthly base salary:
