- **Role Overview**:
- We are seeking a high-octane Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion within the CIS region. This is a "ground-floor" hunter role designed for a self-starting professional who can leverage their existing network to establish VT Markets as a premier brand in Kazakhstan. Reporting to the regional leadership, you will have the autonomy to build market presence from scratch and drive significant commercial impact.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Drive Market Expansion:** Identify and capture new business opportunities within the Kazakhstan and CIS markets to increase trading volumes and net deposits.
- **Partner Network Development:** Personally source, onboard, and manage a high-value portfolio of Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and VIP clients.
- **Brand Ambassadorship:** Act as the face of VT Markets in the region, building trust and legitimacy through direct engagement, networking, and representing the company at industry events and expos.
- **Strategic Negotiation:** Effectively communicate the value proposition of our multi-asset trading platforms and navigate complex client requirements to secure long-term partnerships.
- **Reporting and Coordination:** Provide regular market insights and performance updates to leadership, ensuring alignment with regional growth targets.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements:**
- **Industry Expertise:** Significant professional experience within the Forex or CFD brokerage industry is required to navigate the technical and competitive landscape of the CIS market.
- **Portable Network:** A ready-to-activate book of active Introducing Brokers (IBs) or partners in the Kazakhstan/CIS region is essential for immediate market entry.
- **Language Proficiency:** Proficiency in both Russian and Kazakh is required to effectively negotiate and acquire clients in the local market. Professional proficiency in English is necessary for internal reporting and global coordination.
- **Residency:** Must be currently residing in and legally authorized to work in Kazakhstan.
- **Hunter Mindset:** A demonstrated ability to meet and exceed commercial growth targets and net-deposit KPIs in a results-oriented environment.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements:**
- Technical familiarity with the MT4/MT5 trading platforms.
- Experience working in a fully remote, autonomous setting within a global fintech structure.
