- **Role Overview**:
- We’re looking for a Training Operations Specialist to join our newly established Quality & Capability Development (QCD) team. This is a vital role that supports smooth planning, delivery, and evaluation of employee learning programs across the company by managing learning systems, analytics, logistics, and content development.
- The role also collaborates with subject matter experts (SMEs) to co-create high-impact internal training materials and deliver the training content, ensuring a seamless learner experience and data-driven outcomes.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Training Content Development and Delivery**: Work with internal SMEs to develop lesson plans, training materials, practical assignments, and assessment tools in accordance with training objectives. Deliver training programs through various modalities including face-to-face, virtual, and blended learning approaches for both on-site and online teams.
- **Learning Operations**: Manage LMS platforms (e.g., SkillJar, Cornerstone) and tools for course deployment, tracking, and reporting. Coordinate scheduling, invitations, and support for live training and webinars.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Generate monthly learning dashboards with metrics on participation, completion, and impact. Analyze feedback and learner assessments to improve training programs.
- **Administrative & Project Support**: Maintain internal learning libraries, toolkits, and knowledge base documentation. Maintain training calendars, manage version control of content, and support onboarding logistics.
- **Requirements**:
- **Education & Experience**:
- 3–5 years of experience in L&D coordination, instructional design, or training operations.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Communications, Education, or a related discipline.
- Certification in instructional design or L&D tools (e.g., Coursera ID, ATD microcredentials) is a plus.
- **Technical Skills**:
- Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design (ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, Bloom’s taxonomy).
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital content/video editing tools (Loom, Camtasia, PowerPoint, Canva).
- Familiarity with feedback tools (Typeform, SurveyMonkey, Kahoot) and intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- **Soft Skills**:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- High attention to detail and strong presentation/engagement skills.
- A learner- and customer-oriented mindset.
- **Language & Interests**:
- Professional fluency in English is required; proficiency in Chinese is a plus to support regional diversity.
