- **Role Overview**:
- Join VT Markets as our Vietnam Marketing & Client Conversion Executive and lead our digital presence in a key growth market. Based in our Kuala Lumpur hub, you will act as the vital bridge between our Singapore-based Global Center of Excellence and the Vietnamese trading community.
- This is a high-impact, content-centric role (90% channel management, 10% lead conversion) where you will inherit an active social media footprint and have the autonomy to drive growth and engagement through culturally native strategies.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Drive Social Media Growth:** Execute the end-to-end management of our Vietnamese channels (Zalo, Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram), implementing strategies to hit aggressive monthly follower growth and engagement targets.
- **Content Localization & Creation:** Transform global marketing materials into resonant, culturally authentic Vietnamese content. Serve as the "voice" of the brand, ensuring messaging captures the specific nuances of the Vietnamese trading culture.
- **Community Engagement:** Actively manage inbound inquiries across all platforms, fostering a high-performance social media engine by maintaining consistent and professional interaction with our audience.
- **Client Conversion Support:** Identify and qualify high-potential leads from social media inquiries, ensuring a seamless handoff to the Sales and Business Development teams to drive market expansion.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements**:
- **Language Proficiency:** Native-level proficiency in Vietnamese is required to create culturally authentic content and engage effectively with our Vietnamese trading community. Functional professional proficiency in English is required for effective collaboration with our global internal teams.
- **Social Media Expertise:** Demonstrated experience in personally managing and growing social media channels (Facebook, TikTok, Zalo, and Instagram) with a focus on measurable results and community building.
- **Copywriting & Localization:** Proven ability to produce high-quality Vietnamese copy and adapt international marketing campaigns for local market relevance.
- **Self-Directed Mindset:** Ability to operate with high autonomy in a lean team environment, generating fresh ideas and solving problems independently.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements**:
- Professional experience within the CFD, Forex, or Fintech industries.
- A strong "trader mindset" or personal interest/experience in financial markets.
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or CRM systems.
