- **Role Overview:**
- We are seeking a high-output Senior Graphic Designer to join our Global Marketing team in Kuala Lumpur. This is a pure individual contributor role designed for a hands-on creator who can deliver senior-level craft across a high volume of global campaigns and landing pages. Reporting to the Creative Lead, you will be instrumental in clearing production bottlenecks and setting the gold standard for our global brand presence through sheer execution and craft excellence.
- **Key Responsibilities:**
- **Drive High-Impact Creative Production:** Design and execute a wide range of marketing assets, including global brand campaigns, social media content, and digital advertisements, ensuring high-quality visuals at a relentless pace.
- **Optimize for Conversion:** Apply a strong UI/UX lens to the design of landing pages and digital products, ensuring every visual element is optimized for user engagement and measurable business impact.
- **Own the Lifecycle End-to-End:** Take full accountability for projects from initial conceptualization to final developer hand-off. You will manage your own deadlines and technical specifications with minimal supervision.
- **Set the Craft Benchmark:** Act as a visual standard-bearer for the creative team. While this is not a management role, your daily output will serve as the benchmark for quality and efficiency within the function.
- **Leverage AI Productivity Tools:** Proactively integrate AI-driven design tools into your workflow to multiply your creative output and maintain VT Markets' competitive edge.
- **Requirements:**
- **Minimum/Core Requirements:**
- Demonstrated experience in a high-volume senior creative role, ideally within a marketing, fintech, or tech-driven environment.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing exceptional craft across diverse campaigns, social media assets, and high-conversion digital interfaces.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with a focus on high-speed production and precise developer hand-off.
- A "builder" mindset—you are a scrappy, autonomous worker who thrives under deadline pressure and takes full initiative during crunch periods.
- Strong communication skills to effectively pitch ideas and collaborate cross-functionally with product and ops teams.
- Must have valid authorization to work in Malaysia.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements:**
- Direct experience in the fintech or e-commerce sectors.
- Practical expertise in UI/UX design, including wireframing and user flow optimization.
- Familiarity with short-form video or motion content (e.g., CapCut, Canva, or Reels).
