- **Role Overview**:
- We are seeking a high-caliber KOL Manager to take full ownership of our creator-led marketing engine from our Kuala Lumpur hub. This is a senior-leaning individual contributor role designed for a self-sufficient operator who thrives on autonomy. You will be responsible for maturing our existing program, expanding our global creator roster, and driving a dual-track strategy focused on both brand engagement and performance conversions (sign-ups and funded accounts).
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **End-to-End Program Ownership:** Independently manage the KOL lifecycle—from sourcing and contract negotiation to campaign design and execution—ensuring the program runs as an autonomous growth engine.
- **Drive Performance & Brand Impact:** Execute campaigns that move the needle on both community engagement and hard performance metrics, such as Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and First-Time Deposits (FTDs).
- **Regulatory & Compliance Partnership:** Collaborate closely with the compliance team to ensure all creator content aligns with global financial promotion guidelines across 160+ countries, maintaining a high-performing yet low-risk output.
- **Strategic Roster Maturation:** Analyze the current creator roster and proactively identify opportunities to scale, diversify, and optimize partnerships to align with broader marketing goals.
- **Regional Coordination:** Partner with internal global and regional stakeholders to align KOL activities with localized marketing strategies.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements:**
- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale KOL or influencer programs end-to-end, with a clear focus on performance-driven outcomes.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results in both brand awareness and performance marketing (e.g., driving user sign-ups or conversions).
- A "builder" mindset with the ability to operate independently, take initiative, and manage a function without daily oversight.
- Advanced professional proficiency in English to lead global discussions and negotiations.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required to effectively coordinate with internal stakeholders and regional teams.
- Ability to work fully onsite at our central Kuala Lumpur office.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements:**
- Experience within the Trading, CFD, or Fintech industries is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with tracking and analytics tools such as Influencity, Impact, Google Analytics, or Looker.
- Experience navigating complex regulatory or compliance-heavy environments.
- Additional language skills in Arabic or Spanish to support global market coverage.
