- Join VT Markets as our first dedicated German-native Copywriter and become the definitive voice of our brand in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). As an integral part of our Integrated Marketing team, you will transition our German content from automated workflows to high-craft, persuasive, and conversion-driven storytelling.
- This is a high-autonomy role where you will own the end-to-end German content pipeline, ensuring our brand resonates authentically with traders while maintaining the precision required in the regulated financial services landscape.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Own the German Market Voice**: Act as the final authority on all German-language content, ensuring impeccable linguistic quality, cultural relevance, and brand consistency across all platforms.
- **Drive Conversion Performance**: Craft high-impact copy for EDMs, landing pages, and digital banners designed to move the "trader mindset"—specifically focusing on retention, reactivation, and high-priority booking systems.
- **Regulatory Precision**: Develop persuasive marketing materials within the framework of European financial promotion standards (CFD/FX), collaborating with our Compliance team to ensure all content meets mandatory disclosure requirements.
- **End-to-End Campaign Execution**: Manage multiple concurrent projects, from localizing the partner ecosystem portal to executing global marketing promotions, delivering polished assets that are ready for immediate publication.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements**:
- **Native-level proficiency in German**: This is a Genuine Occupational Requirement to ensure cultural nuance, linguistic accuracy, and the ability to capture the specific "trader mindset" for our DACH market consumers, where you will serve as the sole native-language expert.
- **Advanced Professional English**: Required for effective collaboration with our global Center of Excellence in Singapore and for interpreting English-source campaign briefs.
- **Proven Conversion Copywriting Craft**: A strong portfolio (required for consideration) demonstrating your ability to write commercially effective copy that drives measurable user actions (e.g., clicks, registrations, or deposits).
- **Demonstrated Experience**: A proven track record of success in copywriting or content roles, with the ability to manage mid-to-senior level responsibilities and execute complex campaigns independently.
- **Autonomy and Reliability**: Ability to manage a heavy workload independently within a remote structure, committing to either the 9:00–18:00 (GMT+10) or 7:00–15:00 (GMT+1) work schedule.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements**:
- Experience in the CFD, FX, or broader financial services industry.
- Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM tools for EDM delivery.
- Proficiency in French is a plus for future European localization initiatives.
