- **Role Overview**:
- We are seeking an entrepreneurial and highly autonomous Business Development Manager to lead our expansion into the Colombian market. As our first dedicated "hunter" in this territory, you will have the unique opportunity to build the Colombia market from the ground up.
- This is a high-impact role designed for a networked industry professional who can leverage their existing relationships to migrate a portable book of partners and Introducing Brokers (IBs) to the VT Markets platform. You will act as the local face of our brand, driving rapid revenue growth and establishing our market presence.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Drive Market Expansion**: Personally lead the entry into the Colombian market by identifying and onboarding high-value Introducing Brokers (IBs) and institutional partners.
- **Partner Migration & Growth**: Successfully migrate an existing network of partners to the VT Markets platform, overcoming switching inertia by demonstrating the technical and commercial advantages of our infrastructure.
- **Autonomous Territory Management**: Execute a high-volume outreach and relationship management strategy with full autonomy, operating effectively in a remote environment to meet aggressive growth targets.
- **Strategic Partner Support**: Serve as the primary point of contact for Colombian partners, providing high-touch support and collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless trading experience for their clients.
- **Market Representation**: Act as a brand ambassador, occasionally traveling within Colombia to host workshops, seminars, and social events to foster a strong community of partners.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements**:
- Demonstrated experience in Business Development within the CFD/FX industry, specifically focused on partner and IB acquisition.
- A proven, portable network of established Introducing Brokers and partners within the Colombian market.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English; fluency in Spanish is required to effectively engage and negotiate with local partners, while professional English is required for internal global collaboration and reporting.
- Currently based in Colombia and authorized to work within the country.
- A results-oriented "hunter" mindset with the ability to work independently in a fully remote capacity.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements**:
- Hands-on experience with MT4 and MT5 trading platforms.
- Experience working in a B2B contractor or service agreement model.
