### **Position 1: Service Parts Order Processing Coordinator**

- As a Service Parts Order Processing Coordinator, you will own the end-to-end parts order lifecycle. This role is the operational link between technical enquiries and global logistics, ensuring our customers receive high-precision components accurately and on time in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **End-to-End Order Management**: Manage the complete order flow—from handling technical enquiries and generating quotations to coordinating with freight agents and managing final billing.
- **Technical Parts Identification**: Master an extensive catalog of precision components, accurately identifying cross-references and obsolete parts to ensure correct order fulfilment.
- **Cross-Functional Coordination**: Collaborate closely with Purchasing, Finance, and Global Production Control (GPC) to resolve discrepancies and streamline parts delivery.
- **Logistics & Shipping**: Liaise with shipping agents and regional customers to coordinate outward delivery, ensuring all shipping documentation is accurate and compliant.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements**:
- At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in order processing, service parts coordination, or supply chain operations within a technical or manufacturing environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Professional English is required to effectively lead complex business discussions with regional customers and internal technical leads.
- High learning agility with a meticulous eye for detail, particularly when managing complex technical specifications and parts documentation.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume coordination across multiple internal and external stakeholders simultaneously.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements**:
- Working knowledge of freight forwarding and international shipping documentation.
- Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems.
- A technical or engineering background is an advantage for understanding parts specifications.

- We are looking for a seasoned Warehouse / Inventory Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations. Managing a team of four, you will be responsible for inventory planning, stock accuracy, and driving operational excellence to ensure our service parts function operates at peak efficiency.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Team Leadership**: Supervise and develop a team of four warehouse staff, ensuring daily operations are executed safely, accurately, and in alignment with company standards.
- **Inventory Management**: Take ownership of inventory planning and stock accuracy; identifying, investigating, and resolving discrepancies to maintain high operational reliability.
- **Operational Improvement**: Move beyond maintenance to identify and implement workflows that tighten stock accuracy and streamline warehouse floor operations.
