- **Role Overview**:
- As the founding Project Management Operations (MTO) Lead, you will act as a hybrid "Coordinator-Builder" within our MarTech Transformation Operations function. You will own the marketing AI and automation delivery roadmap—balancing high-level portfolio management with the hands-on ability to prototype and ship AI solutions that drive enterprise-wide adoption.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Drive Portfolio Discipline**: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of 3-5 concurrent AI and automation workstreams, ensuring rigorous project discipline through meticulous tracking of timelines, risks, and resource allocation.
- **Prototype and Ship AI Solutions**: Move beyond conceptualization by personally building and deploying internal tools, agentic workflows, and RAG-based applications using our live tech stack (including AWS Bedrock, Make.com, and Lark).
- **Measure ROI and Adoption**: Establish frameworks to track the quantifiable impact of shipped tools, focusing on time savings, cost avoidance, and overall efficiency gains across the organization.
- **Bridge Technical and Business Needs**: Translate ambiguous business challenges into scoped technical requirements, collaborating closely with Data and IT teams to make informed build-vs-buy decisions.
- **Lead Change Management**: Navigate the organization through AI maturity shifts, ensuring that new tools are not just shipped, but successfully integrated into daily workflows.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements**:
- Demonstrated experience in Program or Portfolio Management, with a proven track record of managing multiple concurrent technical initiatives using formal tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
- Hands-on experience in building and shipping AI or automation tools; you should be comfortable working with low-code/no-code platforms or AI frameworks to create functional prototypes.
- Strong technical judgment with the ability to lead credible conversations regarding RAG, LLM frameworks, and MLOps.
- Proficiency in conversational Mandarin is required to effectively collaborate and maintain operational alignment with our key overseas business partners and stakeholders.
- Ability to work fully onsite in our central Kuala Lumpur office (G Tower) to facilitate high-speed collaboration.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements**:
- Prior experience in Fintech, brokerage, or a similarly regulated financial services environment.
- Fluency in analytical tools (SQL/Dashboards) and familiarity with MarTech stacks (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
