- **Role Overview**:
- We are seeking a **Projects & Operations Executive** to serve as a junior right-hand to our co-founders. This is a "founding-ops" role designed for a high-ownership generalist who thrives in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
- The successful candidate will move fluidly between project coordination and hands-on physical execution. This role is about earning independence through reliability—taking ownership of the operational details that bring the EYWA experience to life, from the first client enquiry to the final breakdown of a successful pop-up.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **End-to-End Project Coordination:** Manage incoming enquiries, gather requirements, and help prepare professional proposals and quotations that reflect our premium brand standards.
- **Operational & Event Execution:** Lead the physical execution of event delivery, including the packing, loading, setup, service, and breakdown of pop-ups and brand activations across various venues.
- **Subscription Logistics:** Own the fulfillment cycle for our weekly meal subscription deliveries, ensuring order accuracy, quality control, and seamless dispatch to our community.
- **Process Building:** Help transform founder-led workflows into scalable systems by creating and maintaining trackers, checklists, and inventory management processes to improve efficiency.
- **Brand Representation:** Act as a warm, professional face of the brand at on-site events, engaging with customers to communicate the EYWA philosophy and nourishment standards.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements:**
- **Demonstrated Ownership:** Evidence of personally managing a project or responsibility from start to finish (e.g., through leadership in a community organization, running a side business, or managing a retail/hospitality team).
- **Physical Stamina & Execution:** This role requires the ability to safely move and set up event equipment and supplies; the candidate must be comfortable being physically present and active at various event locations.
- **Schedule Availability (Genuine Occupational Requirement):** Ability to work a Tuesday-Sunday schedule. Working Sundays is an essential requirement to manage our core meal subscription delivery cycle and weekend event activations (Monday is the designated day off).
- **Reliability & Communication:** Exceptional follow-through and the ability to communicate progress or challenges proactively and professionally.
- **Growth Mindset:** A "builder" mentality—comfortable with ambiguity and excited by the challenge of creating structure in an early-stage environment.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements:**
- Prior experience in hospitality, events, premium retail, or a startup operations environment.
- Proficiency in digital tools (e.g., spreadsheets and presentation software) for tracking and proposal work.
