- **Role Overview**:
- We are seeking a high-performing Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our regional growth hub in Kuala Lumpur. In this critical individual contributor role, you will act as a strategic "internal headhunter," driving the aggressive expansion of our regional and overseas teams. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will have the autonomy to identify and engage top-tier talent in the competitive fintech and trading sectors, directly impacting our strategic global growth targets.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Execute Strategic Active Sourcing:** Proactively identify and engage high-caliber candidates through advanced networking, talent mapping, and social channels (LinkedIn, Telegram, etc.) to build robust pipelines for revenue-generating functions.
- **Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment:** Independently lead the end-to-end recruitment journey, from initial research and screening to complex offer negotiations and successful closures.
- **Partner with Business Leaders:** Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing real-world market insights, competitor trends, and data-driven recommendations to guide hiring decisions.
- **Regional Talent Mapping:** Develop and execute sourcing strategies for diverse markets across Southeast Asia and other global regions, ensuring we attract the best talent regardless of geography.
- **Performance Verification:** Rigorously assess candidate capabilities and track records, particularly for revenue-linked roles, to ensure alignment with our high-performance culture.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements:**
- **Immediate availability to commence work is a critical requirement for this role.**
- Demonstrated experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer management, within a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced professional proficiency in English is required to effectively lead complex business discussions and negotiate with global stakeholders.
- A "hunter" mindset with a proven ability to find candidates through proactive outreach and networking beyond traditional job boards.
- Ability to work onsite 5 days a week at our central Kuala Lumpur office.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements:**
- Prior experience in regional or overseas hiring (e.g., Southeast Asia, North Asia, or emerging markets).
- Direct experience recruiting within the CFD, Forex, or broader fintech/financial services industries.
- Experience working in a hypergrowth startup or a high-volume agency recruitment environment.
