- **Role Overview**:
- We are looking for a dedicated Motion Graphics Designer to join our creative hub in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will be a key production driver, translating complex trading app features into sophisticated, "premium" motion experiences. You will balance high-volume output with an uncompromising eye for detail, using AI-powered tools to push the boundaries of digital storytelling.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **High-End Motion Production:** Design and produce polished UI animations, product walkthroughs, and social media content that maintain a premium brand aesthetic.
- **End-to-End Project Ownership:** Manage the creative process from concept to final delivery, ensuring all assets are delivered at pace without compromising on craft quality.
- **AI-Native Content Creation:** Actively integrate AI creative tools (such as image/video generation and editing plugins) into your daily workflow to enhance production speed and visual sophistication.
- **Motion Systems Development:** Assist in building and maintaining reusable motion templates and design systems to ensure visual consistency across all global marketing channels.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner with the wider creative and marketing teams to translate product roadmaps into engaging, user-centric motion assets.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements:**
- Proficiency in Business Mandarin is required to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and produce localized content for Mandarin-speaking markets.
- Demonstrated experience in motion design, multimedia, or creative production, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in timing, transitions, and visual storytelling.
- Expert-level command of the Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
- Solid understanding of animation principles and the ability to animate complex UI journeys and app user experiences.
- A builder mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to work onsite in our Kuala Lumpur office to facilitate close collaboration with the creative team.

- Direct experience using AI-powered creative tools (e.g., video generation or AI-driven editing tools) in a production environment.
- Previous experience in the Fintech, E-commerce, or fast-growing technology sectors.
