- **Role Overview**:
- We are seeking a Senior Motion Graphics Designer to serve as the senior craft anchor for our global motion pod. This is a high-autonomy Individual Contributor (IC) role for a polished creative who can bridge the gap between complex product storytelling and premium visual execution.
- Working remotely from China, you will maintain an uncompromising quality bar while driving the production of high-volume content across brand, product, and social media channels.
- **Key Responsibilities**:
- **Produce Premium Motion Assets:** Execute sophisticated motion graphics with a masterful eye for timing, transitions, and visual storytelling, ensuring all output meets a "premium" and "expensive" brand aesthetic.
- **Drive Product Storytelling:** Translate complex trading app features and user journeys into intuitive, engaging motion stories, feature walkthroughs, and onboarding videos for a global audience.
- **Manage High-Volume Delivery:** Successfully clear and manage a production backlog of brand and social video requests, maintaining the highest quality standards even under tight deadlines.
- **Own Projects End-to-End:** Operate with high independence, taking full ownership of projects from initial concept through to final delivery without requiring close daily oversight.
- **Develop Motion Systems:** Build and maintain reusable motion systems, templates, and style guides to ensure visual consistency and production efficiency across the global team.
- **Leverage Modern Creative Tools:** Utilize the latest creative software and emerging productivity tools to multiply output and enhance creative range where appropriate.
- **Requirements**:
- **Minimum/Core Requirements:**
- Demonstrated senior-level experience in motion graphics design within a high-output environment (e.g., in-house at a tech/fintech firm or within a top-tier creative agency).
- Expert-level mastery of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- A portfolio that demonstrates a sophisticated craft ceiling, specifically highlighting excellence in timing, easing, and transitions.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and functional professional English is required to effectively coordinate with our creative hubs and global partners.
- Based in China and legally authorized to work within the country.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fully remote, "ownership-driven" environment where you set and hold your own standards of excellence.
- Comfort with a contract-for-services arrangement, with remuneration provided in USD or USDT.
