**Role Overview:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Creator Growth Manager to join our pioneering team. In this pivotal, 0-to-1 role, you will be instrumental in expanding GPark's global creator base, particularly by engaging and onboarding talented mobile game creators looking for a new home. This is a unique opportunity to directly influence the growth of an innovative platform, acting as both an evangelist and a dedicated success partner for our vibrant creator community.

**How You'll Make an Impact:**

* **Drive Creator Acquisition & Community Development:**
* Directly engage and onboard new game creators to the GPark platform, with a strategic focus on mobile-native game creation communities.
* Cultivate and expand GPark's presence through targeted outreach and community-building initiatives within online mobile game creation ecosystems.
* Amplify awareness of GPark's unique mobile-only editor via engaging online broadcasting, video streaming, and other creative promotional activities.
* **Ensure Creator Success & Go-To-Market Support:**
* Act as a dedicated, hands-on customer success manager, guiding new creators through their journey on GPark.
* Rapidly master the GPark mobile game creation editor to provide expert guidance and practical assistance.
* Develop compelling game examples and tutorials within the GPark editor to inspire and instruct creators.
* Provide direct, personalized support to new creators, helping them develop and successfully launch their initial games on the GPark platform.

**What You'll Bring to the Team:**

* **Minimum/Core Requirements:**
* Demonstrated experience in actively engaging with, understanding the dynamics of, and building trust within online creator communities, particularly those focused on mobile-native game creation. This includes strong familiarity with platforms like Discord, Reddit, and an understanding of trends and engagement strategies within mobile gaming and content creation communities popular with target user demographics.
* Proven ability or a strong aptitude for quickly learning and utilizing mobile game creation tools (such as GPark's editor) to build practical examples and provide direct, hands-on guidance to new creators.
* 1-5 years of overall work experience in a relevant field demonstrating a track record of successfully driving engagement or support.
* Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills for global collaboration and creator engagement.
* Ability to thrive in a fully remote work environment, collaborating effectively across different time zones.
* **Preferred/Bonus Requirements:**
* Prior experience in a creator growth, community management, or developer relations role specifically for a mobile-native User-Generated Content (UGC) game platform.
* Experience with live streaming or video content creation for platform promotion or tutorial purposes.
