- **Role Overview**
- As our Founding Product Manager, you will be the first dedicated product hire at Persevio. You will hold end-to-end ownership of the candidate-side agent, taking it from a foundational infrastructure to a market-leading product. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will bridge the gap between high-level vision and hands-on execution, shaping how millions of candidates interact with AI to refine their resumes, practice interviews, and negotiate offers.

- **How You'll Make an Impact**
- **Define the Candidate Experience from Scratch:** You will own the roadmap for the candidate-side agent, identifying the key "wedge" features and sequencing the journey from initial application updates to complex agentic interactions.
- **Own End-to-End Product Logic:** Beyond just visual UI, you will define the core logic, user flows, and reasoning mechanisms that power our AI agents.
- **Ship at Startup Velocity:** We believe everyone is a builder. You will use AI coding tools to independently build and ship small-to-medium web features, ensuring we iterate and learn without being bottlenecked by traditional engineering cycles.
- **Architect for the Future:** You will apply strong product reasoning to ensure every feature is coherent and contributes to a robust overall product architecture.
- **Partner with Leadership:** You will work closely with leadership to translate a bold vision into reality, earning full autonomy over the product domain through demonstrated judgment and results.

- **What You'll Bring to the Team**
- **Minimum/Core Requirements:**
- **Demonstrated "Blank Slate" Experience:** Proven track record of taking a product or major feature from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment.
- **The Builder Mindset:** Highly proficient in using AI coding agents or similar tools to independently build and deploy features. You are a PM who enjoys being "in the code" to move faster.
- **Strategic Product Sense:** The ability to reason through complex product architectures while maintaining an obsessive focus on user experience and detail.
- **Mandarin Proficiency:** Professional proficiency in Mandarin is required to collaborate effectively with our engineering team, as a significant portion of our technical discussions and internal documentation is conducted in Mandarin.
- **Location:** Ability to work full-time onsite at our Singapore office.
- **Preferred/Bonus Requirements:**
- Experience building agentic AI products or working deeply with LLMs.
- Previous experience as a founding PM or an early-stage startup employee.
