**Role Overview**
We are looking for a Senior Engineer to join us as a core technical owner of our service layer. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the "brain" of our platform. This is a high-autonomy role designed for a "product-minded" engineer who thrives in a scrappy, fast-paced environment and is comfortable moving from high-level business concepts to production-ready features with speed and precision.

**How You'll Make an Impact**
* **Architect AI Conversation Flows:** Build and iterate on complex AI dialogue systems using LLM APIs to handle structured recruitment intake and candidate screening.
* **Own the Backend Ecosystem:** Maintain and scale our backend services to ensure the platform remains stable, reliable, and high-performing as our user base grows.
* **Rapid Prototyping:** Transform business ideas into functional demos and production features quickly, operating effectively without the need for detailed technical specifications.
* **Technical Leadership:** Serve as the primary technical authority for the service layer, ensuring code quality and system architecture align with our long-term scalability goals.

**What You'll Bring to the Team**
* **Minimum/Core Requirements:**
* Demonstrated experience in backend engineering and maintaining scalable service layers.
* Proven expertise in LLM integration, prompt engineering, and designing logic for structured AI conversations.
* Ability to work independently in a low-structure, high-autonomy startup environment, taking full ownership of delivery.
* Strong documentation skills and a commitment to clear, technical communication.
* Professional proficiency in English to effectively collaborate with the founding team and stakeholders.
* This role requires being fully onsite at our OUE Bayfront office to facilitate rapid, real-time collaboration with the founding team.
* **Preferred/Bonus Requirements:**
* Prior experience in an early-stage startup (team size <20).
* Familiarity with recruitment workflows or HR technology.
* Experience building functional prototypes from high-level conceptual briefs.
